We are looking for alert and responsible Traffic Control Persons to join our project-based teams. You will be the first line of safety, ensuring that both our crew and the public are protected during active construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and remove traffic control equipment (cones, signs, barricades).
  • Direct motorists and pedestrians safely through or around construction zones
  • Communicate effectively with the site crew using radio equipment

Requirements:

  • Valid BCCSA (or equivalent) Traffic Control Person certificate.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle to get to various project sites.
  • Ability to stand for long periods in various weather conditions.

As a Foreman at Kandovan Construction, you are the backbone of our site operations. We need a leader who can manage a crew while keeping a sharp eye on project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily on-site activities and coordinate sub-contractors.

  • Report daily progress to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in civil or residential construction.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to solve problems on the fly.
  • Valid Driver’s License and a clean safety record.
